I think it would be a pretty safe bet to say none of these survived to be kept on the road.
These photographs taken in Boston in the '30s show us that there were just as many reckless drivers back in good old times as there are on the roads now.
the last picture must have been a practice run for a James Bond film, I,m sure that I've seen that shot before.....and no air bags either. Great pictures Ray, I imagine that most occupants were killed, by the looks of things!
It surely looks like one. Good point, right there, sir! Currently, the top five causes of car accidents: Distracted drivers (make up, cell phones, food, and morning newspapers are all common ways that drivers get distracted), drunk driving, being an aggressive driver (be a defensive driver instead), road rage (drivers who get angry easily) and regular car maintenance (Car parts, such as, brakes lines and engines fail).
