Well folks this is the last of my current postings of old black and white photos as I have exhausted my source. I hope you have enjoyed them as much as I did finding them. Let me know if you would like to see some more and I will endeavour to find another supply.
I think there is a T Model under there somewhere
The latest in mobile homes, early 20's
Now this is different, a traffic cop on a train
Hey, which one is the chimp Who is pushing?
These next 2 pictures are of a guy that drove a 1928 Chev from Argentina to the USA. Just as well he had a good reliable car I say.
Pretty sporty with no guards or running boards. Maybe I may have to strip the Red Chev
Love the bonnet
1904. Do you think these kids have never seen a car before?
Hey, watch the duco
When was the last time you saw a convertible Tow Truck
Check out the front bumper, a real pedestrian cheese slicer
So that's what running boards are for
The purpose of this Blog
This blog is to detail my 50 years (1973 - 2023) with a 1928 Chevrolet tourer, affectionately called "The Red Chev".
The acquisition, restoration, improvements and my experiences over the years are covered in as much detail as I can remember.
Some of the later postings include car club outings and other vintage car items that I hope will be of interest to people.
If you have the time, scroll back to where it all began in 1973 and follow the journey so far.
Thanks for dropping by.
Regards Ray Dean
